The license plate design will be mostly the same, albeit with the 'Need for Speed' text being replaced by 'Bayview'.

At stock, all cars will be fitted with front license plates but you may have the option to take them off, place them on the corner of the bumper, or behind the windshield. License plates may also be customized, but inappropriate words aren't allowed (obviously enough). Additionally, Bayview may be expanded with an eastern desert area (however, it would also need to be connected with Jackson Heights) as seen here, as well as fully open roads in the City Core area, thus making Bayview easier to explore.
